Google Reviews & Reputation Automation
I build systems that answer every Google review in your brand's voice and language, across every location, without anyone opening the dashboard.
Most businesses lose reviews to silence: a customer writes something, nobody answers for a week, and the next customer reads both. I build reputation automation that pulls new reviews as they land, drafts a reply in your own tone and the reviewer's language, and publishes it, with escalation rules for anything that needs a human. It runs per location, bills per location, and it keeps working when the AI does not.
What you get
How I work
- 01
Connect and map
We connect your Google Business Profile accounts through OAuth and map every location. I key the connection on the stable account id, not the email address, so reconnects never orphan a location.
- 02
Teach it your voice
I take your existing best replies, your tone rules and your policies on refunds, apologies and names, and turn them into the prompt and the guardrails. You approve samples before anything publishes.
- 03
Escalation rules
We decide what publishes itself and what stops: low ratings, legal keywords, named staff, anything the model is unsure about. Every degraded path refuses rather than publishing something generic.
- 04
Go live and watch
It starts in draft-only mode so you see what it would have said. Once you are happy, it publishes, and the dashboard tracks response rate and time from that day on.
Ways to work together
Automated review replies
New reviews are fetched on a schedule, answered in your voice and the reviewer's language, and published through the official API. Rules decide what publishes itself and what waits for a person.
Multi-location and multi-brand setup
One account, many locations, each with its own tone, language, escalation rules and billing. Built for chains, franchises and agencies managing clients.
Posts, events and profile automation
Scheduled Google Business posts, offers and events generated and published per location, so the profile stays active between reviews.
Reputation dashboard and alerts
Rating trend, response rate and response time per location, with an alert the moment a one or two star review lands so a human can step in.

Common questions
Q.How much does review automation cost to build?
A single-brand setup with automated replies and a dashboard starts around $6k. Multi-location with per-location billing, posts and escalation usually lands between $12k and $25k depending on the number of integrations. I also work at $150 to $250 an hour for changes after launch.
Q.Will customers be able to tell the replies are AI?
Not if it is built properly. The model is given your real past replies, your tone rules and the specifics of the review, so it references what the customer actually said. What makes AI replies obvious is genericness, and that is a prompt and guardrail problem, not a model problem.
Q.What happens if the AI provider goes down?
Nothing publishes. I learned that the hard way on a live product: a fallback path once posted generic English replies to Swedish profiles for days. Every degraded path now refuses and alerts instead of publishing, and that is the rule on anything I build that posts publicly.
Q.Can it handle platforms other than Google?
Google Business Profile is fully supported through the official API. Trustpilot replies need their partner programme and a paid add-on on your side, which I can integrate once you have it. Facebook and industry-specific platforms are possible case by case.
Q.Do you build it into my product or run it for me?
Either. Most clients want it as their own product or internal tool, which is what I build. If you just want the outcome, I can run it as a managed service for a monthly fee.
Q.How long does it take?
A single-brand setup is usually three to four weeks. Multi-location with billing and posts is six to ten weeks. I ship in stages, so replies are usually running before the dashboard is finished.
